SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping to Greece :

Your orders are shipped free of charge to all destinations in Greece via SPEEDEX couriers.

Shipping and goods deliveries are complete normally within 1-5 working days depending on delivery destination.

You will be immediately informed in case of any shipping delay or cancellation, due to bad weather conditions, force majeure or other important factors.

Shipping to Cyprus :

Your orders are shipped to all destinations in Cyprus. We ship goods via SPEEDEX couriers with €15 shipping costs.

International shipping :

Shipping arrangements for international clients are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements to +302385022715 or by email sales@karantzas.gr .

Collect in Store :

You may collect your order,free of any packaging or handling charge, in our jewelry shop placed in 33 M. Alexandrou str, in Florina. Anytime within the store’s opening days and hours.

Pick up from a courier office :

In case it is more convenient to you, you may collect your order by the courier’s office network, in the territory closer to you.

Orders for in-stock items received by 12:00 Eastern European time Monday- Friday usually ship the same day to most domestic destinations.In case of low accessibility shipping zones or peak season high traffic,small delays may occur.
