RETURN, REPLACE GOODS POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order in the following conditions
- You can cancel orders while online, that haven't entered the shipping process yet. You may press the shopping cart button on the screen. Then empty the cart, this will stop any further order confirmation or dispatch.
- If thedigital order is completed it still can be cancelled from your end, before the product is handled and dispatched, you should call +302385022715 and we will cancel your order immediately.
Right of Cancellation
All our clients have the opportunity for any purchase, made online, to be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch or collection, free of charge, besides the returning shipping costs. Our shop willrefund the purchase price within 14 days since the cancellation. Therefundmaybedelayeduntil goods are returned or the returning receipt is delivered to the shop.
Please note that returns areacceptable in the following conditions:
- The goods are not special-order items that are exclusively produced or sized according to your description e.g. wedding bands, or special-order jewelry or exclusively ordered goods not included to our collection.
- All return products are new, in unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted
- The goods are shipped in their original packaging, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets, the store receipt and price tag.
- Exclusively for all smartwatches, no returns are acceptable since the smartwatch has been set up.
In order to comply to our CancellationPolicy, the client should make the following steps:
- Contact the shop by email to sales@karantzas.gr with subject: “cancellation” and note the order number
- Return the product with a courier company of your choice, the client should refund all the returning shipping costs.
- The goods shipped should be in their original packaging, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets, the store receipt and price tag.
RETURN/REPLACE GOODS POLICY
The client has the right to return any faulty good’s in order to be repaired or replaced by the official agency, free of any charge in the following conditions:
- Defective product
- Incomplete packaging
- Incorrect Item in the order.
In order to comply to our Return/Replace Policy, the client should make the following steps:
- Contact the shop, within 48 hours after delivering, at +302385022715 or by email to sales@karantzas.gr in order to report problem concerning the defective item or incorrect order and receive consent to return.
- Ship the product with thesuggested courier company, free of any shipping costs.
- The goods shipped should be in their original packaging, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets, the store receipt and price tag.
In order to complete successfully the returningprocess, fulfil the following terms:
- The goods to be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch or collection
- The defective product will be replaced only by the same product or exclusively with the clients’ consent any other product.
- The clients’ right of cancellation is still in force and the client can ask for a full purchase refund. (as stated in the previous paragraph)
- It is of great importance, to sent a photo of the product to sales@karantzas.gr in order to provide the shop a better clue, during the contact and you to receive the faster possible the return consent.
We strongly recommend, in any case of goods’ shipping back to the shop, to prepare and pack carefully the goods in order to be safe during the transportation.
Karantzas Lazaros shop is not responsible for the loss or any damage to the product or packing during the shipping process back to the shop.
In case of damaged or missing products, the shop has the right to demand refund by the client, depending on the damage extend.
Repair or Replace a product during the warranty period.
The shop is not responsible for any worn or damage to the goods after they are set up and used by the client.For the whole period that the warranty is in force, only the official agency is authorized for the replacement and any kind of repairing to the product.
Exclusivelyby client’s consent and for our client’s convenience, the shop can ship and receive the goods and give all the technical advice to the agency.In this case the client will be charged with,all shipping costs and the shipping responsibility from the client to the shop (missing or worn goods).
